備註 Remarks: 因蒜頭有溶血功效，需要作手術或其它情況人士，請於手術前幾天停止服用，以免影響凝血。維他命E也有溶血功效，維他命K則幫助凝血。
Garlic as well as Vitamin E relate to blood-thinning effect. Don’t take them before surgery. While Vitamin K is coagulant.
Not for long tem use at highest dosage. At least a few days rest for continuously use for a week at highest dosage.
