蘆薈有抗炎作用，對於治療胃灼熱和潰瘍很有效。蘆薈能透過連結胃部壁細胞的組織胺而抑制胃液鹽酸的分泌。還有，它是很好的緩和劑，可保護敏感的腸道黏腺和潰瘍不受刺激。 Aloe juice acts as an anti-inflammatory and as an effective remedy for heartburn and ulcers. Aloe gel inhibits the release of hydrochloric acid by interfering with the binding of histamine to the parietal cells. Additionally, aloe gel is a good demulcent for protecting sensitive mucous membranes and ulcers from irritants.

用法指引 Directions:

宜在晚餐餐後服食一粒，隔日便會感到腸道作用加快及加強，排便物亦會變得柔軟，如果沒有明顯的改善，在第二天的早餐再加吃一粒，但切記每天只可增加一粒，循步漸進，隨需要而加增份量。生活太緊張、壓力太大、過於忙碌等也會影響排便。若能配合運動、飲汁、充足水份、多吃生果蔬菜、纖維等，效果更為明顯。

備註 Remarks:
